My heartfelt thanks for your advice on giving the Neti Pot a try in relieving my sinus troubles. As a severe allergy sufferer for the better part of the last 20 years I thought I had tried it all and had just about given up on playing outside with my daughter and enjoying outdoor cookouts with family and friends. I really cannot believe the significant difference that the Neti Pot has made for me. I have been doing the nasal cleansing procedure for two weeks now and have noticed such an improvement in my sinus passages; they feel open, clean and clear! My nasal congestion decreased with the very first use and has continued to improve. I am convinced that I now really know what it is like to take and feel a real deep breath through my nose! For the first time in literally years I am looking forward to planting flowers and enjoying evenings outside on the deck.
I use the Neti Pot twice a day and will continue to do so as I have really not experienced sinus/allergy relief like this before.
