Our Fluid Movement Experience - January 2, 2009
The staff at CVWC was treated to an intriguing experience to begin 2009. Ruth Griffin, professor and Coordinator of Dance at California State University, Fresno, and former Continuum student, enlightened us to the correlation between our collective movements and energies.
The video depicts "random" fluid movements inspired by the groups' collective energy. This experience offered unique insight to the origin, fluidity and connection of our movements within our bodies and between eachother.
