Path to Wellness
Dear Friend,
Greetings from Chagrin Valley Wellness Center! How have the the first few months of 2009 treated you? More importantly, how have you been treating yourself?
One of the most valuable payments we give and receive is that of our attention. Pay attention to how you treat yourself. It's easy to get "lost" and "over-stimulated" in our daily routines. Give yourself the attention and time you need and deserve to help create the day-to-day life you've been working towards all along.

No...this isn't Dennis...it's Sean. I've always been fascinated by people. What they do, how they do it, why they do it. So, I'll just ask ....
