Ananda aromatherapy

NOW AVAILABLE at Chagrin Valley Wellness Center! Essential Oil of the Month:

Eucalyptus

The oil of the eucalyptus plant is a colorless liquid with the aroma of camphor with woody sweet undertones. It is primarily used in support of the respiratory system, opening bronchials and encouraging oxygen uptake. The oil is typically used for the elimination of cold sores and insect bites. When diffused, the oil can kill much of the staphylococcus bacteria in a room. Eucalyptus oil can help expel mucus and may be a supportive remedy for sinusitis, coughs, cold, and sore throat. Eucalyptus essential oil can also be helpful with sore joints, rheumatism, sore muscles and strains.

Those who lead an active lifestyle will reap the many benefits of proper breathing and hydration. These benefits can come in the form of enhanced performance yielding new PR's and quicker recovery time.Conversely, when the body is in a state of dehydration, it invites discomfort and imbalance to the soft tissue system. It also robs the joints and articulations of the body of much needed fluids. This seminar will provide you with the knowledge to enhance your performance and increase your longevity.

We were delighted to hear so many of you enjoyed February's Path to Wellness and hope you all enjoy the March edition as well. We are pleased to introduce ToeSox® and Ananda aromatherapy as NEW products we are sure you'll enjoy which are currently available in our office.   As always, please feel encouraged to contact us with any questions, comments and ideas.
