The Lavender Fields®
From 1998 until late 2008 we harvested the flowers from over 16,000 lavender plants including varieties of French and English lavender and some pretty interesting other species of all colors and fragrances. From those lovely plants we harvested fresh flowers for dried lavender bundles and dried buds. We also distilled certified organic lavender essential oil from over 10 varieties annually with our state of the art steam distillery on the farm.
