As you can see, this is our FIRST BLOG!!  (I'm finally catching up with the times).  My goal for this blog is to be an open forum for everyone to learn, share stories and ask/answer questions questions.  For you first timers to this site, welcome.  Chagrin Valley Wellness Center's sole purpose is to help you feel as well as you can.  We do this with Muscle Release Therapy, MRTh®; Functional Movement Pilates; and education.
